Can I order from outside South Africa?
Yes! We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account.
Our Khimar's
What fabrics do you use?
At Sitaar, we currently use chiffon and Airflow fabric, depending on the khimar style.Each fabric has its own feel and drape, and the specific fabric used will be listed on each product page.
What is chiffon like?
Our chiffon khimars are lightweight and flowy, while providing the coverage and drape intended for the style.
What is Airflow fabric like?
Our Airflow fabric is lightweight and comfortable, with a soft, easy-to-wear drape that makes it well suited to everyday wear.
Which khimar should I choose?
It depends on what you're looking for. If you're unsure whether a style, fabric or length would suit you, you're welcome to contact us on WhatsApp and we'll be happy to help you choose.
How do I know which size or length to choose?
Each product has its measurements listed on the product page. If you're still unsure, send us your height and the style you're interested in on WhatsApp and we'll help you choose the most suitable option.
Delivery
Do you offer delivery within South Africa?
Yes! We deliver nationwide across South Africa, straight to your door.
How much is delivery within South Africa?
Our standard nationwide delivery fee is R84
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We offer international shipping through Tunl to selected countries. Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your destination.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties on an international order?
This depends on your destination country's customs regulations. Any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments securely through PayFast.You can choose from the payment methods available to you at checkout. Available payment options may differ depending on your location.
Why am I redirected to PayFast when I pay?
When you complete your order, you may be redirected to PayFast's secure payment page to complete your payment.This is a normal part of the checkout process. PayFast securely processes the payment on our behalf, after which you will be returned to Sitaar
Is it safe to pay through PayFast?
Yes. Your payment is processed securely through PayFast. Sitaar does not receive or store your full card details.
Can international customers pay through PayFast?
Yes, international customers can use the payment methods made available to them through PayFast at checkout. Available options may vary depending on the customer's location and payment method.
What happens after I make payment?
Once your payment has been successfully completed, you'll be redirected back to Sitaar and receive an order confirmation via email.If you don't receive an order confirmation, please contact us and we'll be happy to check your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed or dispatched.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item received, and we'll assist you.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delayed or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us and we'll assist you in contacting the courier.

At Sitaar, we believe finding modestwear that truly aligns with the purpose of hijab should be easier. As a modestwear brand for Muslim women, we create and curate khimars and modest clothing with coverage, comfort, quality and purpose in mind.
Hijab is not a trend, and we don’t believe your modest clothing should have to follow every changing trend either. Sitaar was created for sisters looking for authentic hijab and modestwear that reflects their values and the purpose behind wearing hijab.
Our collection includes full-coverage khimars in carefully selected, high-quality fabrics, including chiffon and Airflow fabric. Each khimar style is chosen with modesty, coverage and comfortable everyday wear in mind.
We want Sitaar to be a place where Muslim women can find beautiful, practical and authentic modest clothing without feeling that they have to compromise their values to follow current fashion trends.
