South Africa Shipping

We offer nationwide shipping within South Africa through The Courier Guy, delivered directly to your door.

Standard Courier Delivery: 4–7 business days
Shipping: R73.00–R100.00, calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, festive seasons, severe weather, or courier delays.

If you have not received your parcel within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@sitaarza.com with your name and order number.

International Shipping

At SITAAR, we ship worldwide through TUNL, our cross-border logistics partner, using Economy Shipping, FedEx International Priority, and UPS world wide saver. Here’s everything you need to know before you order.

Duties and taxes are not included at checkout (DAP) and are payable to the carrier on delivery. Amounts depend on your country’s customs rules — we recommend checking these before you order.
